Their father killed himself years later when he couldn't handle his life anymore, weak of mind. He just took the easy way, leaving them with their mother carrying all on her shoulders. It was then that Paul dropped out of college to start working to gather money because they were needing it. Their mother's wages weren't enough for all the money needed day to day, and it wouldn't pop up magically. She became enraged seeing Paul throw away his education, but he didn't care. Doing shitty jobs got him a good amount of money to invest. Being 2008 at the time, he knew of the financial crisis and world trend happening currently and knew where to put the money, so he snowballed that money in the financial world. He earned enough to not work all his life while still helping his family in anything that needed money, but not wasting it on unnecessary things. Nick followed Paul's steps, dropping out of college, but sadly, he didn't do anything with his time. He "tried" to work for a while only to be kicked out for doing nothing, then he just cared about having enough drugs to keep going.
