We know what really rules the magical world and power, will it take a long time to show the protagonist's level in magic?

I think there are too many POVs, there are 19 chapters and there have already been more than 3, in my opinion it ends up delaying the story a lot.

Will you keep this pace? I found the first 20 chapters to be very fast-paced, now it has calmed down a bit.
