also this comment is a bit like spoiler so yeah

yo thanks for the input but I like to clear up some things a bit. yeah kidnapping attempts by Otto would stop after maybe first few tries but the thing i thought was him just sending of sending just an order to just monitor and and act accordingly if something happens but sense him being so hands off a stupid rookie from one platoons would rise up in ranks and start messing things up from their side n she being the one who actually tries to capture her to 'impress' him and rise up the ranks even more even tho Otto wouldn't give 2 shits about her ignoring her until it starts interfering with his plans or smth. (the story is still being flushed out so anything can happen, depends jow my brain feels at 3am lol) Now the evading part she only was able to hide that long bc: one Otto not really caring abt it, two that oc valkerie just not being that good at her job sense she only cares abt one thing lol, third she had a person who once worked with that 'stupid' valkerie that was helping her so it just worked long enough. next. it maybe could be more of Ottos curiosity of why the clone would awaken at that time and what it is doing but he doesn't really care abt it after like a first couple days. but sense the story was told from MC pov she doesn't really know what he's thinking so she's just being really paranoid for whatever reason thinking that everything was done by Otto while it could be just him just sending an order to a branch that later had a change of leadership after like a 1-2yrs when the attempts began to be more frequent. but still stuff in the fic can change as we just making it on the spot rn You could say he was very hands off with K423 but I feel like there was sometimes where he involved himself for a moment or two considering that K423 was able to transfer schools rather easily in different countries considering that she didn't go to any kinds of institutions before tho I could be wrong then srr abt that but yeah it was meant to be like later Theresa talking with Otto abt that and Otto just casualy telling that he actually didn't really care abt her n he just let the branch do basically everything for him during that time n just so happened that the the new supervisor for that region changed to that person. we're just two people creating a fic for fun but also trying to get as accurate as possible while also just making it more fun and deviations in the story to make it more interesting or just smth new. tho if in the future we mess up the lore feel free to let us know :)
