I think it’s mainly because on these Chinese websites, they like to divide the original chapter and multiple parts, mainly because when using Chinese letters, the chapter has become very long, so they forced to split them. Unfortunately, continuity is fucked. Though usually some translators(like me) merge these parts into big ass chapters, after translation. But they didn’t do it here… maybe for the Patreon…🤷☹️

Hm I was reading an interesting theory in another Uchiha fanfic. That MC used the spiritual ghost technique of Dan Kato to make a small split soul and then infused specific memories. Basically he infused Obito's life story and used genjitsu to allow that soul to experience life till that point where an incident similar to Rin's death happens. And after that soul awakens the MS, he fights, devours and reabsorbs it. Thus gaining his own MS with similar abilities to Obito with another new op one(not in canon, but that's how all Uchiha fanfics go lol)
Kagami also knew some sealing techniques, particularly those related to Sharingan abilities, like the Transcription Seal. He had sealed his own ocular power in small amounts within Obito's body, waiting for the right moment.
