wasn't the effects of what happens when chainsaw man eats something explained a bit in newish content when does chainsaw devil eats the ear devil but things like cell phones headphones speakers and the like are still around?

I think it was explained / shown in a more recent bit of chainsaw man that when the chainsaw devil eats something the impact / actions/consequences of that things existence are left behind I think the example was chainsaw man ate the ear devil and so all ears disappeared and so did the memory of having them but things like cell phones speakers headphones microphones and the like were still left behind at least I think I'm not familiar with chainsaw man and I got this from a video I didn't even finish watching so take what I say with an unhealthy amount of salt
