Even thought the moments are small and few between, Cane does care for Iris and she means something to him. I won’t say love yet but it’s as close as he can get to love; it will happen.

I think she saw Aurora go all sophisticated mafia on him and decided she could do it too. Plus stand up to the bully and the home wrecker that Ivan is, Gael is most likely doing a happy dance in his subconscious. Angela has entered the room, now beware!!

What good will sparing her life do? I think Cane needs to tell the people what she did. She used dark magic to get between him and his mate and as a result there children are dead. Then they will see that the punishment meets the crime. And honestly what can Iris say, Aria won’t respect her if she helps and saves her. She’ll just try and do it again. And the sorcerer has a hold on Aria too!!

Between Cane and Will the two of them have had a hard and strenuous life and both need time and help to put them back together. Hanna will be good for Will and Iris and good for Cane.

It seems that Cane isn’t emotional at the lost of Aria but he is constantly feeling the pull towards Iris and she’ll constantly surprise him with how she feels.
