This might be a bit late but why not use “stars” as a grading system for tier 4+? 1 star being the weakest and the higher u got the stronger. So a person who reached Tier 4 without liquifying his mana would be a 1 star Arcanist while somebody who has crystallized his mana and merged with a philosophers stone made from souls would be a 5 star Arcanist.

I’m kinda disappointed by the name of the nation. “Chadtopia”, really? It’s as amusing as it is cringe, at least it got a good laugh out of me. Hope the name is changed after the MC solidifies his power and people start taking him seriously at the international stage.
