Should Sokka live or die? I never really liked Sokka as a character, until I read a fanfic Called Avatar: the awakened gamer by holy joker. He made Sokka into a great character imo, I thought I could also make him cool, but reading a comment from my first chapter I realised I already made him unlikable.
It's called character development and story progression. Lol.

Oh yes, the chapter title and ending are an ode to Stephen King's "The shining" in case you did not know....
My biased opinion. If the story does well, I will eventually send Kre'as into either Naruto or One piece, or create an entirely different world, either way he will cause war and chaos. With each different world he gets pulled into, he slowly loses his humanity, eventually gaining a God complex, this when the hero will have to born to end his terror of war and chaos.
