It's like that because all the pocket milk available in market are processed in a way to keep them for long time from spoiling by removing some of the stuff present in them and some time some preservatives are mixed in them so when they don't have all the ingredients available in natural cow milk
P.S. This only works with fresh cow milk, not the processed ones you get from the shop. Why? IDK, maybe some reader knows.
