U do know that Clans prioritize those who has a Clan technique over the others right? That's why Noritoshi, despite his lower status, became the successor for the kamo clan cause he got the Blood manipulation. So limitless, with or without six eyes, is important for the clan. In the first place, it's not like the condition are vastly different from each other. If more it's just like an extension of the HR.
