What do you mean watered-down haki? He simply controlled it well enough, that it only affected Green Bull. Some of the stronger fighters noticed the haki though, such as Jinbei, Zoro, and luffy recognized who it was.
[AN- So, Shanks' Haki at Wano was indeed outrageous. Even Green Bull was shocked, but the ordinary folks in Wano didn't even notice. Talk about watered-down Conqueror's Haki.]

Ah that's what you meant. Might not have any obvious ones but neither does Luffy's fruit. That was his own application of the power. For example he might be able to learn to controll the crushed pieces. Basically crushes a rock and then can controll those pieces. Really depends of the author to make something out of the power. Choppers "Human-Human" fruit would also technically only turn him into a human like being. But due to his own abilities and skills, he developed the power of his fruit into something advanced. Again, up to the author how much freedom the MC has regarding the fruits powers.
