I have read up to chapter 40. It is a pretty decent story so far. I did not mind that it took a few more chapters to show the meteor hitting. This gave time to show backstory into the mc, the outlook on the world prior to any disaster, in depth knowledge on what actions were taken to prevent the destruction of the world, and a good base level knowledge what is expected to come. If this was not added earlier, people would have just complained about the reasons the mc did certain things or that it did not seem realistic within the scope of the story.

So has this novel been dropped? I noticed both of his novels have not been updated in 8 days now. Hopefully it has not because this is a really good novel.
