That seems like very rushed to me. He started training with Orsted recently and has barely experimented with is new touki/mana armor. He should at least get a decent understanding of how his new powres (different types of mana-infused touki) work and get used to fighting people on the power level of the seventh world power, before going for Laplace

I don't think that's what this means. It says "Defies science... Any infertility issues will be rendered null.", not "Defies science... Any lack of capability to conceive will be disregarded". A human male can't become pregnant even if he is fertile, because for a male human fertility is the abilty to produce sperm. From what it says the system can only deal with infertility, not lack of ability to become pregnant. That clearly stops any objects/males from being a target of this skill, it is less clear whether it would work on beings that are able to become pregnant, but are not human...

Everything about the System and the numbers shown is colpletely messed up, the author didn't waste 1 minute thinking about the worldbuilding of his own version of the AU. Herry (a 9 y/o who can't use magic yet) starts as a LV10. The first 3 death eaters to appear are AT or BELOW LV10 based on the damage it takes to kill them... the mess goes on, and this is just from the first chapter
