I was thinking about Dana's fog spell. If Rae could change the element to shadow/darkness she'd have her own portable shadow realm full of giant spiders, and unlimited shade during the day. She could build an entire domain spell/skill around it. Remi already has chain lightning and thunderstorm, so she wouldn't even need to change the element much. Could you imagine being inside the thunder cloud being constantly struck by lightning from all directions unable to tell where the enemy is, or a fog totem that she can use strategically on the battlefield or for FX when drama is needed. Thor could get a literal healing fog that heals allies and disorients his enemies. He could probably also use Remi's lightning version, or have his own divine smite version. I don't have anything for Cara cause she already has the beginnings of unlimited void and giving her a domain expansion right now is too OP. While Hawk just received an upgrade that he still hasn't gotten the most out of yet.
