How about inventing something like "venomflare": Combust the venom inside of the enemy in exchange for a massive burst of damage. Cures the poisoned status.
The next move on her list was also Hyper Beam since I couldn't think of an alternate poison move that was roughly/nearly as strong as it. That was about it for Medusa and next up was Ignis.
