What is he talking about??? Up until late 1800s that Europe is mainly Monarchy ruled, with families rule spanning thousands of years. Habsburg monarchy is one of the example. Napoleon's rule isn't that stable because he's from an upstart Noble family, not from a Monarch family. Is he from a alternate universe Earth?
