I've seen something like this several times in my life ... twice thanks to Weles and several times thanks to Japanese directors from the genre of "Time Stop". I was in the middle of Europe in the 17th century, so it was rather certain that it was the work of Weles, not a Japanese with a large libido and a magic watch.
