No, the bloodline already boosted all it could boost on the previous level-up. It accumulated to the next level before because it exceeded the limits of level 1, but on level 2 the boost finished before reaching limits, so there was no accumulation for later on the bloodline's part.

Funny enough, Heruk is based on a real person I knew when we were both 12-13 as we were in the same grade.
