Yup Yup, Gwen is better all round, just the fact she is a genius in genetic fairly often combined with the fact she sometimes has spider powers makes her far superior to MJ. MJ although smoking hot just always seems to screw with peter in various ways be it comics, cartoons, or movies. She is all about herself no care for the struggles Peter is going through and even when she does not know he is spider man she is a terrible friend. About the only thing she has going for her is that she is smoking hot and sexy, but that is it.

Hmmm, I would limit it to 5 Girls. 1. Ultear, she is powerful and a Genius having mastered so many magics. Meaning she still has so much potential for growth in time magic and based on how many magics she has learned any magic you want her to learn. 2. Erza, she is powerful and has immense potential. You could have her develop her Telekinesis Magic way more which appears to be her innate magic that she awakened at the tower of heaven, it was left severely underdeveloped in the original work and just seemed to be used to move her swords around. I have never seen someone have her develop down that route and Telekinesis is OPAF. 3. Mirajane, she is beautiful, powerful and has tones of potential, Satan Soul: Mirajane Alegria appears to have a lot of development paths since it is made with the soul the remained after their battle with Tartaros. You could let her use all the powers of the Deceased Tartaros Demons. 4. Cana, She has ridiculous untapped potential, with a good offensive magic on par with Crush she could be a literal powerhouse, she is Gildarts Daughter after all. If you don't give up Card Magic she will also have tones of flexibility for development their as well as Card magic seems to be super flexible. 5. Dimaria, She is already crazy powerful but still has tones of development potential considering she has Take Over magic based on Gods; Basically the opposite of Mira, they could form an interesting dynamic of rival's. It would also allow you to explore the concept of Gods more since they were not really touched on in the original work since they focused on Dragons and Etherious aka Demons.
