'Hmm...what should I choose?'
'I can only afford boxing or light firearm skill…'
'I have guns but no ammo so there's no point in buying light firearm skill right now…'
'Alright...boxing it is.'
The boy clicked on the boxing icon and a prompt came from the Game Eye:
<Congratulations!>
<You've Successfully Bought The 'Boxing Skill'>
At this the boy felt like the muscles on his arms, torso, back and legs were faintly trembling or rather vibrating. Even the muscles on his neck were the same.
If somebody was standing beside him right now they would be able to faintly hear a faint humming sound like countless bee's were flapping their wings.
As the strange 'vibration' stopped the boy immediately felt like the knowledge was engraved in his head and muscles. Almost as if it was muscle memory.
'Incredible….'
The boy went back to the main screen and saw the Skill Section:
Regeneration
Boxing
-Proficiency:0
He only had two skills but he didn't understand what the proficiency was about.
'Game Eye what's with this proficiency?'
<Proficiency:It increases depending upon how much you utilize your skills>
<There is also one other way to increase proficiency>
'What is it?'
<Host Possesses Insufficient Funds>
The boy was about when the boy felt his spiritual connection with a zombie calling for help.
The boy opened the map and realized that it would take at least twenty minutes getting there.
"Fuck"
He ordered all of his subordinates to swarm towards that place who had by now increased to thirty.
He started to run towards that place reaching it in about fifteen minutes. There was a twenty year old man dressed in a suit holding a steel pipe hitting a zombie.
He looked towards the zombie and saw that it was the girl. A hint of rage sparked in his eyes but he quickly suppressed it.
He had realized that whenever he got in a fight he would stop thinking and let his emotions take over. It was inefficient and stupid for a start.
As he got closer to the man he activated his boxing skill.
The boy bent his knees and rushed towards the man in the suit. The man in the suit swung his rod towards him but the boy blocked it with his right arm.
This left the man in the suit completely defenceless. The boy immediately executed a cross with his left hand hitting the man in the suit square in his face.
The man stumbled backwards grabbing his nose. It was bleeding. The boy wasn't going to let go of this chance thus,he closed in and bit his arm tearing off a chunk of flesh.
The man in the suit was screaming and crying but the boy ignored him instead thinking why did he attack his zombie?
Well...it was trying to eat him but there was no point in confronting it instead he could have just run away.
Unless,he was trying to protect someone. The boy opened up the map and saw that there were three humans running away. They were on the next street.
Before he went there the boy looked towards the girl her arm was broken but it was recovering at a rapid pace like his regeneration skill:
'What the fuck!?'
'Whatever I'll check it out later'
The boy proceeded to run towards the humans but he also commanded his subordinates to block off the exits.
In this way he would be able to kill all three of them. As he rushed there he saw a woman and two children. A boy and a girl.
As he saw them running he hesitated.
'Haa...do I really need to kill them?'
As he was trying to think about this problem the little boy with his mother looked back.
There was a hint of fear in his eyes but there was also something else in there:
Fury.
He wasn't going to forget it: the debt of blood.
One day that little boy was going to grow up and that fury was going to directed to every single zombie out there.
'Fuck you!'
The boy ignored his emotions and commanded his zombies to surround them. Soon enough he would have another three subordinates but this incident had led to a very troublesome thought:
'I know that zombie apocalypse has broken but...humanity won't fall just like that…'
