"Violet?! Violet!" 

Cassiel called to her many times, but the girl's gaze remained in a haze. He closed his eyes and breathed deeply as if he knew he had shown her something unpleasant.

"Please, come back… I promise I will do anything you want of me, just come back to me, already…" He begged.

He was seeing red for a moment, only focussing on destroying the dark object before them. The explosion he created even threw her away and he did nothing to protect her, something he will regret for the rest of his life. When he finally came back to his senses, Violet's soul wandered to an unknown place after looking into his eyes.

The girl finally blinked, her gaze was confused as if she didn't know where she was.

"Violet, how are you?!" Cassiel cupped her cheeks gently into his hand and lifted her face to get a closer look. "It's okay, you just need to take a breath…"
