From his understanding, creatures that are born unique in some worlds at the lower domains viewed as divine beasts such as the dragon and phoenix can be deemed as natural-born gods. When they grew up to adults their practice would increase too and in their adulthood they should have god-like power in front of the creatures in those lower domains.
