Bab 46: Visitors

Selena's POV

My fear made me faint, but I recovered quickly, and when I opened my eyes, I could see how Skyler fought the man who tried to get my bag, and I wanted to cry with happiness when he came to help me.

I could see how angry he was, but the man was taller and more muscular than Skyler; he could be a bouncer at a nightclub; they fought, and I couldn't believe Sky knew martial arts, too; he channeled his strength through his hands and legs.

I wanted to clap my hands at Skyler since he was able to take the man down, but his opponent recovered quickly and got up from the ground, they were both cursings as they continued to throw punches at each other, and I didn't expect I would hear Skyler would say those things.

He hated the man for hurting me, and I knew my stupid heart was beating so loud that I could hear my own heartbeat; then I felt so happy to see Stanley, and he helped his elder brother in taking down the man.
