Bab 38: Chapter 38

This was the first time Nico saw the young girl he had worked with for almost a year acting like a depressed and frightened person. Rahel laid Alisa gently on the bed. Rachel's face looked so stressed. His eyes turned toward the doorway where Nico was standing watching him.

 "Can we talk for a minute!" Nico exclaimed as his eyes met Rachel's.

 The aroma of tea leaves wafted into the air. Line up with a glass of warm milk that lies in front of Nico. For a moment Nico just stared at Rachel who still looked so shocked. His fingers held the cup of tea that was still warm. While his eyes stare blankly straight ahead.

 "What exactly happened, Rachel?" Finally the man who was still wearing casual clothes began to speak. An urge of curiosity filled his mind.

 Rachel's eyes darted to Nico, her lips still locked for a moment, refusing to answer.

 "Tell me, what made you act like that at the restaurant?" Nico dropped a serious look.
