"That, a few days ago I had a fever, so every time the fever goes down I will definitely be like this," Lena lied with conviction. Lena hoped that Sam would believe her words.

Sam didn't budge, his eyes stared intensely at Lena. His face looked doubtful what just came out of Lena's mouth. "You're not trying to lie to me, are you?" Sam said squinting his eyes.

Lena grabbed the back of Sam's hand and held it tightly. "No, I'm not lying Sam. Trust me, I'm fine," said Lena dropping a fixed gaze on Sam. While giving Sam a calm smile.

Since then Sam was silent. Then heaved a sigh of relief. His hand gently caressed Lena's hand that was in his grip. "I don't want you to mess around, honey!" said Sam looking bitterly. The man grabbed Lena's hand and kissed the back of her hand gently.

"Yes, Sam, believe me, I will be fine for you," said Lena, dropping a touch of emotion to Sam. This was the first time Lena could feel Sam's love for her so much.
