Bab 100: Just The Two Of Us

It has been more than half an hour Mai was among the towering bookshelves, looking for the books she needed but she did not find a single book. The faculty library is quite complete and usually, there are many books she is looking for. She must have been ahead of her friends even though there is an assignment from his lecturer that must be collected tomorrow. Regretfully she had stopped by the cafeteria first to eat.

Giving up, Mai glanced at the front shelf, where books were not allowed to be borrowed but could be photocopied. Hopefully, it's still there and thankfully the book is there. With light steps and a thick book in her right hand, Mai rushed over to the librarian's desk. Next to the desk is a photocopier so students who need data to be photocopied don't have to go downstairs.

"Sorry, the machine is broken again," said the librarian.

"Well, what about it, sir. I need it, where are there no more books that can be borrowed," complained Mai.
