Bab 359: Got Some Big Guns In Here

The elevator made a ding sound as it reached my floor, taking a little longer than I liked to reach there.

Just in case, I wasn't standing in the centre of the elevator but hid myself in the corner on top of a few corpses.

That turned out to be the right choice as the moment the doors opened, someone was waiting there with a shotgun pointed right at the door.

When the thug saw the dead bodies inside, he gaped before turning away to dry heave at the sight of the corpses.

Huh… I thought that thugs like them would be used to the sight of corpses.

Actually… I'm surprised that this wasn't bothering me much despite me literally laying down on top of one.

I guess my adrenaline was still pumping so I didn't even notice…

"What the fuck's wrong with you?" Someone outside asked.
