As the party of five progressed deeper into the cave mine, they continued to encounter group after group of bats.

Those groups were dealt with in the same way as the first one.

3 *Mana Shield* that would stop the bats' *Zoom* skill, then one *Small Inferno Wave* from Sunny would do the job.

Only because the number of bats in the 8th and the 9th group were greater than the previous groups that there were some bats alive after the duration of *Small Inferno Wave* was over.

Shadow easily dealt with the leftovers without taking any help from Sunny and the three imps.

The party encountered 9 small side passages right after clearing a group of bats.

After crossing the 9th small passage, the party of five came into a wide-open space.

Before entering the wide-open space Sunny had already used *Inferno Homing Creatures*. This time, instead of an eagle-sized bird, what came out of the tip of his wand was just a sparrow-sized bird.
