He walked over to me, and I couldn't stop staring at him.

"Do you want to live a normal life?" he asked, and I slowly looked at him, confused. "I want to give you a normal life, but you need to answer me. Do you want to live a normal life?"

His question confused me, but to avoid him asking again, I nodded. He took my hands and stared at me.
