Blake Landrigan, the Chesire Cat and the Mad Hatter stayed in the Queen of Heart's chambers. All three of them shared silent looks. Perhaps Blake Landrigan might have been brought to the trial hall, but he was not to be found in his room.
Instead, they all stayed here in contemplation.
Each one of them had very different purposes, but all of them awaited but one person alone.
At least until Nicholas Hatter stood up to his feet and sighed. He stared out the window, "I need to return to Harold's dormitory." It was the man's place now that Mallory was gone—and yet the man would never believe him unless he found evidence.
He was here… to request that.
The Queen of Hearts might become shocked, get upset at him and maybe ask for his head for trespassing yesterday, and yet he wanted to get this over with. Maybe it was cowardly to run away, but somehow the wound that struck his heart was far deeper than he imagined it could be.
