The sun had descended down the horizon, and the moon was shining brightly in the night sky, casting a cold, silver light upon the luxurious villa nestled beside a grove of cypress trees.

Inside the villa, the sound of the gates bursting open echoed as Jessica stormed into the hall and shouted at the top of her lungs.

"Rosalie!"

Her tone was sharp and filled with rage.

Upstairs, Rosalie was sitting by the window. The soft light from the window cast a serene glow over her graceful figure when she heard Jessica's shout.

"Haaa…"

She sighed, knowing this confrontation was inevitable. Yet, she wasn't the least bit worried. In her mind, she was in the right, and she was even convinced that Jessica would come to understand her actions and even help her deal with that despicable Adrian.

So with a calm facade, suppressing her boiling rage towards Adrian, Rosalie rose from her chair, smoothed down her dress, and made her way downstairs.
