Bab 233: Her passion towards the dragon

"Won't you say anything?" Maximilian looked at Delilah's awestruck expression, feeling a little weird.

Did she not like him for real? Was his dragon form ugly for her? Could she be afraid of him and didn't want to show it on his face to not hurt his feelings? 

The excitement he had felt about showing himself to her started to die in his heart. He was about to go back to his human form and hide inside Zephyr because he felt a little sad when Delilah stepped ahead.

She raised her hand in the sky.

Confused with her subtle actions, he scrunched his brows inwardly but brought his face a little downwards.

Delilah smiled, one of those sober smiles that only indicated how amazed and flabbergasted she was by his size.

"I have never seen anything this beautiful," Delilah whispered as soon as her hand touched its face.
