Kikanojou Tendou, a man known for his ruthless ambition and unwavering hatred for the Cursed Children, sat in his opulent office. The room was adorned with artifacts and decorations that spoke of power and prestige, but Tendou's eyes were fixed on a single photograph on his desk. It was a picture of Accelerator, the man who had recently become the talk of Tokyo Area.

Tendou's eyes burned with hatred as he stared at the image. This man had single-handedly disrupted his plans and brought chaos to the city. Worse, he was helping the Cursed Children, those abominations that Tendou despised with every fiber of his being.

He slammed his fist onto the desk, causing the photograph to jump. "Why did I only learn about this man now?" he demanded, his voice cold and furious. "Especially in this dangerous situation?"

The subordinate standing before him, a man in his late thirties with a nervous disposition, stuttered as he tried to explain. "W-we thought he wasn't worth your attention, sir. He... he just appeared out of nowhere."

Tendou's eyes narrowed, and he motioned to one of his guards. Before the subordinate could react, a bullet was fired, and he crumpled to the ground, dead. Tendou didn't even flinch, his expression remained one of cold calculation.

He leaned back in his chair, tapping his fingers on the armrest as he pondered his next move. "This man, Accelerator," he mused aloud. "Not even a proper citizen of Tokyo. Where did he come from, and what does he want?"

The room was silent except for the sound of Tendou's fingers drumming against the leather. The guards remained stoic, their eyes trained on their leader, waiting for orders.

"He's strong," Tendou continued, his mind racing with possibilities. "Insanely strong. To destroy a Gastrea with just his grip... Could he be part of the New Human project? A modified soldier, perhaps?"

The thought intrigued him, but it also made him wary. If Accelerator was indeed a product of the New Human plan, it meant he had the backing of some powerful entities. But Tendou was not one to be easily intimidated.

"No matter," he said finally, a cruel smile spreading across his lips. "He will still fall under my hands."

Tendou turned his attention to the broader picture. Saitenshi, the ruler of Tokyo Area, had always been a thorn in his side. Her policies were too lenient, too focused on harmony and integration with the Cursed Children. It was laughable, and it was weakening the city's defenses.

The recent Gastrea attack had provided him with a unique opportunity. Public trust in Saitenshi was already wavering, and if he played his cards right, he could use this crisis to his advantage. Tendou's mind worked quickly, formulating a plan to ruin Saitenshi's reputation further.

"The Gastrea attack," he murmured, his eyes narrowing as he thought. "It's already causing panic. If I can manipulate the situation, make it seem like Saitenshi's policies are to blame..."

He let the thought hang in the air, savoring the possibilities. The chaos caused by the Gastrea could be spun to his benefit, painting Saitenshi as incompetent and unable to protect the city. It would pave the way for him to seize more power, to implement his own draconian measures.

Tendou closed his eyes, a look of serene satisfaction on his face. He was ready for Accelerator, ready to bring him down and use him as a pawn in his larger game. The pieces were falling into place, and soon, Tokyo Area would be under his control.

"Prepare everything," he said to his guards, opening his eyes. "We have much work to do."

The guards nodded and moved swiftly to carry out his orders. Tendou watched them go, a feeling of anticipation building within him. He was the lord of this game , and this time would be no different. Accelerator, Saitenshi, and anyone else who stood in his way would be dealt with.

As the day turned to night, Tendou remained in his office, meticulously planning every detail. His hatred for the Cursed Children fueled his resolve, and his desire for power guided his actions. He would stop at nothing to achieve his goals, and anyone who opposed him would be crushed.

The news of the Gastrea attack continued to spread, and with it, fear and uncertainty. Tendou knew how to exploit these emotions, to turn them to his advantage. The stage was set, and he was ready to play his part.

Unknown to him, Accelerator was also making plans, his own mind racing with thoughts of how to protect the Cursed Children and bring justice to those who oppressed them. The clash between these two forces was inevitable, and when it came, it would shake Tokyo Area to its core.

Tendou took one last look at the photograph of Accelerator, a cold smile playing on his lips. "I'm coming for you," he whispered. "And when I'm done, there will be nothing left of you."

With that, he turned his attention back to his plans, his mind already several steps ahead. The battle for Tokyo Area was about to begin, and Tendou was determined to emerge victorious.

In the new office of Tendou Civil Security Agency, Enju was comfortably settled on the sofa, her eyes glued to her favorite television show. Rentaro was lounging beside her, enjoying a rare moment of relaxation. Kisara, on the other hand, was sprawled out in a chair, drooling as she dreamt about the substantial bounty they had received from turning in the corpses of the Stage 3 Gastrea. The bounty had significantly boosted their financial situation and provided them with a sense of temporary security.

One particularly noteworthy change was Rentaro's rise in the IP rank. Due to the assumption that he had been the one to decapitate the Gastrea, his rank had skyrocketed from a hundred thousand to 2,361, a massive promotion that had surprised and amused them all.

Their tranquil afternoon was suddenly disturbed when the door swung open, and Accelerator walked in, carrying several shopping bags. Without any preamble, he kicked the sofa, causing Rentaro to tumble off it and onto the floor.

"Wake up, lazy ass," Accelerator barked, his tone impatient.

Rentaro groaned, rubbing his head as he sat up. "What the hell, Accelerator?"

Ignoring Rentaro's protests, Accelerator dropped the bags on the table and turned to him. "Do you have any connections to a place where Vanadium is sold? I need a large amount of it."

Rentaro blinked in surprise, still processing the abrupt wake-up call. "Vanadium? Why do you need so much of it?"

Before Accelerator could respond, Kisara, who had woken up from the noise, widened her eyes in realization. "Wait, Accelerator. Are you serious about this?" she asked, already piecing together his intentions.

A snicker escaped Accelerator's lips. "When have you ever known me to joke?"

Kisara sighed, massaging her temples as she tried to wrap her head around his plan. "I should have known. You're planning something big, aren't you?"

Rentaro, who had been deep in thought, suddenly jolted as if he had remembered something important. "Actually, I might know someone who can help," he said, getting to his feet. "Come with me."

Accelerator followed Rentaro out of the office, leaving Kisara and Enju behind. As they walked, Rentaro couldn't help but feel a mix of curiosity and apprehension about what Accelerator was planning. The need for such a large amount of Vanadium suggested something significant, possibly dangerous.

They made their way through the bustling streets until they reached Rentaro's school. Accelerator glanced around, slightly confused. "Why are we here?"

"Just follow me," Rentaro replied, leading him through the gates and into the school grounds.

They navigated the hallways until they reached a particular building. As they entered, a woman wearing a kimono approached them, her face lighting up with a smile when she saw Rentaro. She exuded an air of elegance and authority, her presence commanding attention.

"Rentaro-kun," she greeted, her voice smooth and enticing. "It's been a while."

She moved closer, her hand lightly brushing Rentaro's arm. "You know, you don't have to stick with Kisara. You could always come with me."

Rentaro, his face flushing, quickly stepped back, disentangling himself from her grasp. "Miori, please. We're here on business."

Miori Shiba, the student council president, pouted but didn't press further. Instead, she turned her attention to Accelerator, her curiosity piqued. "And who is this with you?"

Rentaro sighed, relieved to have a momentary reprieve from her advances. "This is Accelerator. I brought him here because he needs a large amount of Vanadium, and I thought you might be able to help."

Miori's eyes sparkled with interest as she looked Accelerator up and down. "Is that so? Well, this sounds intriguing."

Before Rentaro could elaborate, Accelerator spoke up, his tone direct. "I don't have time for games. Can you get the Vanadium or not?"

Miori raised an eyebrow, clearly amused by his bluntness. "I might be able to help. But it depends on what you're planning to do with it."

Accelerator's eyes narrowed. "That's none of your business."

Rentaro quickly intervened, sensing the tension. "Miori, we really need your help. Can you just trust us on this one?"

Miori considered for a moment before nodding. "Alright, Rentaro-kun. I trust you. But you owe me a favor."

Rentaro sighed in relief. "Thank you, Miori."

Miori turned back to Accelerator, her expression serious. "Follow me. I'll take you to someone who can supply the Vanadium."

As they followed Miori through the school, Accelerator couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. Whatever plans he had, they were beginning to take shape, and the acquisition of Vanadium was a crucial step. The path ahead was uncertain, but he was ready to face whatever challenges came his way.

They reached a secluded part of the school, where Miori led them into a private office. "Wait here," she instructed. "I'll make the necessary arrangements."

As she left the room, Accelerator leaned against the wall, his mind already racing with the possibilities. He was getting closer to his goal, and nothing was going to stand in his way.

Rentaro, standing beside him, couldn't shake the feeling that they were on the brink of something monumental. He didn't know what Accelerator was planning, but he knew that whatever it was, it would change everything.

Back at the new office, Kisara paced the room, her mind racing with thoughts of Accelerator's plan. She knew he was serious, and the need for Vanadium only confirmed that he was about to undertake something significant.

"This is going to be big," she muttered to herself. "I just hope we're ready for it."

Enju, oblivious to the gravity of the situation, continued watching her show, a content smile on her face. For now, their world was stable, but Kisara knew that the peace was fragile. The coming days would bring challenges and opportunities, and they had to be prepared for whatever lay ahead.

In the dimly lit office of Miori Shiba, the student council president of Rentaro's school, the atmosphere was tense yet filled with anticipation. Miori, dressed in her elegant kimono, exuded a confidence that was both intimidating and alluring. She smiled at Rentaro and Accelerator, her eyes gleaming with curiosity and ambition.

"Allow me to properly introduce myself," she began, her voice smooth and businesslike. "I am Miori Shiba, the student council president, and my family owns a company that procures weapons to fight Gastreas. We have a significant influence in the defense industry."

Accelerator, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, looked unimpressed. "I'm not interested in your family business," he said bluntly. "I need Vanadium. A lot of it."

Miori raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued. "Vanadium, you say? That's quite a scarce resource. May I ask what you need it for?"

Accelerator's eyes narrowed. He had no patience for drawn-out negotiations or prying questions. "It's none of your business what I need it for," he replied coldly.

Miori's smile didn't waver. She was a shrewd businesswoman, and she knew how to handle difficult clients. "I see. Well, Vanadium isn't easy to come by. Its price is extremely high due to its scarcity. Before we proceed, I need to know more about—"

She was cut off as Accelerator opened a large case, revealing stacks of cash amounting to millions. The sight of so much money made Miori pause, her eyes widening slightly. The room fell silent as she stared at the cash, realizing the seriousness of his request.

"That should cover your mouth," Accelerator said, his voice dripping with impatience. "Now, can you get me the Vanadium or not?"

Miori's demeanor shifted immediately. The sight of the money had effectively silenced her questions. She smiled, a calculating look in her eyes as she reached for the case. "Well, when you put it like that, I suppose we can come to an agreement."

They quickly negotiated the terms of the contract. Accelerator needed tons of Vanadium to build a utopia for the Cursed Children, a sanctuary where they could live without fear or persecution. Miori, though initially troubled by the logistics of procuring such a large amount of Vanadium, was swayed by the sight of so much cash.

"The price is high, given the scarcity of Vanadium," Miori explained, her fingers tapping lightly on the case. "But with my skill, I can make it happen."

Accelerator nodded, satisfied. He had more than enough funds to cover the costs. After all, he had been raiding corrupt politicians every night, amassing a fortune that amounted to trillions. He specifically targeted those with connections to Kikanojou Tendou, chipping away at the man's influence and resources.

Miori handed Accelerator her business card, her smile widening. "Here's my number. Contact me directly if you need anything else. It's been a pleasure doing business with you."

With the transaction complete, Accelerator and Rentaro left the office. As they walked back to the agency, Rentaro couldn't contain his curiosity any longer.

"Accelerator, why do you need so much Vanadium?" Rentaro asked, his voice filled with genuine curiosity.

Accelerator shot him a glance but didn't bother to answer. He had no intention of revealing his plans to anyone just yet. Rentaro sighed, realizing that he wasn't going to get any answers today.

"Alright, fine," Rentaro said, giving up. "Just... be careful, okay? Whatever you're planning, make sure it's worth it."

Accelerator smirked, a hint of amusement in his eyes. "When have you known me to do anything that isn't worth it?"

The rest of the walk was silent, each of them lost in their thoughts. Accelerator's mind was already racing with plans for the next steps. The acquisition of Vanadium was crucial, and now that he had it, he could move forward with his vision.

Tomorrow, he would begin the construction of a utopia for the Cursed Children. It was a project that required meticulous planning and immense resources, but he was determined to see it through. The children deserved a place where they could live freely, without the constant threat of violence and discrimination.

As they reached the new office of the Tendou Civil Security Agency, Accelerator paused, looking up at the building. His resolve hardened. This was just the beginning. He would change the fate of the Cursed Children, no matter what it took.
