And through this, he had been nourishing anywhere he went with Outer Void Essence, making of this entire Unversed adjust to it a little bit.

However, most of the work was done by Lucifer as his Chaos Dragon Avatar inside of Vedas, while Noah was a second piece in this entire plan, an important Key!

His arrival to the world of Vedas was actually what made it possible for Fate to weaken enough.

Although he was weak, his presence defied the world of Vedas enough that Fate cracked and became weakened.
