Fragrantia left Valerian to rest after they finished talking. The boy went back to sleep on the ground, and a jade vine appeared when he was in deep sleep and coiled around his ankle.

While Valerian was sleeping in his room, Morgana was sitting on a chair with an indifferent face, and in front of her sat Jamal Centurion. The old man did not look weak at all, however, he was not imposing or intimidating either. 

He asked, "Well, everything aside, I do not understand why you need to go to the Imperial academy with the prince of Lumen?" 

Morgana replied, "Your Excellency, he invited me for a tour, as he thinks I am a friend of his. I had no excuse to refuse, because inside the academy I found out a few things that might come in handy for us." 

Jamal leaned back on his chair and asked, "What is that?"
