Del saw Cairo having some trouble just by sitting on the bed and he hands him a glass of water. Cairo took the glass and slowly drank its content

As a result, Cairo felt a soothing cold current suddenly spreading to his body from his throat and stomach. That current made him feel better and seems like what he drank wasn't normal water

"What time is it now?" Cairo asked his guard and Del thought that the reason he was asking was because he wants to continue cultivating which was not the case

Cairo already planned on taking maybe a day or two of rest after 'perfecting' his core. It was just a coincidence that he passed out before he can even take a rest
