Bab 54: Eclipse's Aftermath: The Battle of Soft Grass (Part One)

Several days ride over the grasslands from Silver Sword City, Liang Xiong sat atop his smokey gray warhorse and surveyed the last-minute actions of his junior brothers and sisters as they readied themselves for the battle to come. 

In the mountains, the Lunar Eclipse had brought its share of blessings and curses to the party led by Alchemist Huang, and here on the plains, the effect had been much the same. While not every spirit beast who bathed in the light of the eclipse was fortunate enough to undergo a transformation, across the vastness of the hills and plains there had been several instances of both wonderful and terrible things emerging in the days following the Blood Moon.
