Shivers, nostalgia, memories of a distant past that left him with wounds that he would repress with no hesitation. A tool, a weapon to achieve and push the family name even further, an opportunity to somehow become the strongest. A failure. An experiment that wasn't obedient nor fruitful in any manner.

Forced into behaving a certain way, pressured into liking things, manipulated, and guilt-tripped if necessary. Mental torture and punishment of the worst kind, all of which he had to experience as a mere child. It broke him, over a thousand times in the process, and yet he found the will to collect the pieces and start again.

He wasn't supposed to feel the things he felt, he wasn't supposed to see the things he saw, hear what he heard, none of it. Fate was manipulated against its own will, a force of anonymity stronger than nature and the laws of reality itself. Pitiful is what it was, perhaps he was the Unlucky one after all.
