Hearing his heartfelt apologies and his confession pouring out dampened her spirit. He must have been holding it this whole time since they were together, and when she found out his true identity, he still could not voice it out. If only she did not run away and waited for his explanation. 

But noooooo, selfish Sara is selfish. Now all the negativity that he had to keep within must have boiled and evaporated out the positivity. When they got married, did they not promise to be there for each other? Did they not vow to accept the strength and the flaw alike? 

And who was the first one that bailed out of the relationship once something goes wrong? 

And who was the one who had been wallowing in sadness, doing nothing while the other was actively searching? 

It was definitely not her Lucas. 

He could have chosen to find a replacement, but he did not.
