Picking up the file, he opened it cautiously, taking a peek at Damian with a wry smile. "No funny business huh?"

Damian watched in disgust, this would be the first time he was assigned as an undercover reporter and his thoughts would argue with his actions.

But he needed the money as much as he Ramon needed his scoop. After all he had spent a fraction of it, how could he back down now?

All undercover work had never been this personal as it was with Averna and that scared him. He wished his time spent sitting and waiting for Ramon to finish reading the papers could be over in a flash.

"Would you hurry up?" He pressed, fiddling with a pen in hand, he couldn't keep doing that all day. "I have better things to do with my time, you know."

"For someone who frets about time, you sure pick on little details." He raised his head away from the paper a bit, looking back down he read a sentence he found weird: "She holds dear her tan handkerchief?"
