Bab 16: VICTORY AND PAST
AT THE BELD CAMP
Soldiers from both sides were fighting inside and outside the Camp.
The sound of metal clashing and the cry of soldiers could be heard from very far away.
But suddenly it all stopped.
A head flew into the sky raining blood from above making everyone silent. None was able to move even an inch. The swift sound of the head flying through the air was the only thing that could be heard.
The 'thud' sound produced by the head that was stuck on the arrow which hit a wood was the signal that motivated and demotivated all the soldiers present.
General Trunk was in disbelief.
"I shall have gone with you. Why did you not think with calmness?
What will I say to my sister!? Why did I not die with you?!" General Trunk was in despair, both of his eyes became blood-red. He was but just one step behind from becoming a crazy, mad person.

General Trunk unsheathed his sword and sliced off the head of a Koborai soldier.
"I will kill him and get the reward," A koborai soldier with two swords said.
He pushed one of his comrades to the side and charged at him.
General Trunk parried the slash coming from the right side and then punched him.
Koborai swordman blocked it by making a cross from both of his hands.
"Raebek is getting pushed back," Koborais said to each other.
Soldiers of Beld also stopped fighting to see this wonderful duel.
"Our General is the strongest he will win this duel!" beld's soldiers shouted
Both sides soldiers wanted to see who would win.
Trunk did an upper slash.
Raebek dodged by moving to the right side.
Raebek did a sidekick.
Trunk used his hand to stop it.
Trunk then made a diagonal slash.
Raebek jumped back and threw dirt on Trunk.
Trunk used his hands to block its .
Raebek charged at him.
Raebek did a side slash.
Trunk blocked it and did an upper kick.
Raebek moved to the left and did a sidekick.
Trunk could not stop it and the kick hit his sides causing him to spit blood from his mouth.
Raebek started doing tens of slashes.
Raebek did a downward slash but Trunk stopped it. Then Raebek used another sword to do a right slash. Trunk dodged it. Trunk made a 360-degree slash. Raebek stopped it. Trunk made a downside kick. It imbalanced Raebek making him fall at that moment Trunk pierced his heart with his sword.
Trunk looked at everyone else and then shouted. "Avenge the First Prince Marvel! " hearing this all the soldiers once again started fighting.
Dead bodies piled up on land. Blood started to flow on land making its way like water and flowing to the river nearby. It made the water turn red.
General Mark Lane came with his soldiers to support General Cattle Lane.
There were dead bodies of both side's soldiers.
Some were lying on walls.
Some were lying on the ground.
Some did not have a head.
Some did not have hands and feet.
Some did not have legs.
Some had spears and swords stuck on them.
Some were stuck on walls by spears and swords.
Some had arrows with half-broken backs stuck in their head.

The only thing that made him fight till now was the adrenaline boost because in the duel against Raebek, his internal organ was hurt.
General Trunk at last was able to reach General Mark Lane.
General Mark Lane climbed down his horse. He slowly walked near Trunk. He whispered in his ear
"You did well till now, Trunk" and then stabbed his chest with a sword.
General Mark Lane started to slowly put Trunk's body down and closed Trunk's eyes with his hand.
All the soldiers saw this and then threw their weapons.
27 YEARS AGO
INSIDE A TOWN
All hail crown prince! All hail crown prince!
Crown Prince Shine Beld was coming home from a war against the neighboring Kingdom of Xelp.
The citizens cheered Shine for this victory.
In between there was a beautiful girl with blonde hair, It seemed as if She was looking for someone.
Shine watched her from his chariot.
He fell in love with her beauty.
He was like all the other people who only approached her for her body.
Shine was blinded by victory and his power. He wanted Diana for her beauty, he wanted to show Diana as a trophy, a prize to all the other people.
NEXT NIGHT
Shine ordered his soldiers to bring her to him.
Soldiers brought Diana to his chamber.
Diana was thrown on the ground in front of him.
Shine came near Diana.
He then bent one of his knees started touching her hair and said
"What beauty you have. Your only fault is that you were born into a common family. Become mine and I will turn you into a queen."
Diana after hearing this spat on the ground and said " You are the same as all the others. You want to show me to everyone like I am a prize. You think that I did not know what you were about to say. Huh!?"
Hearing this Shine was shocked.
No one had said something like this to him at all before.
He wanted her more and more.
"What should I do to make you mine? " Shine asked
"Make me the first queen and give my son the right to become the next emperor," Diana said
"Marry me and you will rule this whole empire," Shine said to Diana
"What about your parent? " Diana asked

AT THE BELD EMPIRE CAPITAL
IN THE THRONE ROOM
King Phylon was sitting on the throne wearing a royal crown with 5 peaks and gems.
He was wearing a high-quality silk dress.
The throne room was huge and magnificent. It was full of glory.
Except for the throne, there were 10 other seats in the room. There were 5 seats each on right side and left side.
They were arranged according to the position of the people.

We see outside that 100s of soldiers are getting slaughtered by others no one knows who is a friend and who is a foe.
Some got attacked from behind.
Some were getting attacked from ahead.
All the soldiers were fighting.
A group of 4 soldiers were running,
When suddenly one of them stabbed one and sliced the other two.
It was a chaos where no one was able to trust each other. Betrayal and killing were what took place the most that night.
The common people were listening to these horrifying cries of soldiers all night.
Everyone knew a new era had started for the Beld empire but no one knew if it was for better or worse.
NEXT DAY
News about the death of the Emperor and Empress was spread all around the world.
NEXT DAY AFTER THE NEWS
The royal ceremony of the Crown appointment took place.
In this Shine said something that no one saw coming "From now on my first wife is Diana and Lara is my second wife and no one is allowed to say anything about this."

For this purpose, Trunk became a general in the army of Beld.
General Mark Lane was a friend of Trunk who met each other in the war against an independent dukedom.
After this, they fought many more wars together for many years. They were brothers in arms.
Mark knew everything about Trunk's family but that day he killed Marvel for the formation of Nepon.
PRESENT TIME
The war ended with Nepon's victory.
The number of prisoners was over 15 thousand.
It was a big number to feed.

The skin was taken out and the flesh was separated from the bones.
They put all of the flesh in huge pots. After this oil and spices were used to cook it for a while then tons of water was poured upon it. Turning it into soup.
After cooking it was put onto different plates.
All of this was transported to prisons on a tray.
"My lord this technique is very inhumane to use," said General Benjamin Lane.
"You are forgetting something, Benjamin, we are not humans to think of something as inhuman," replied Kaiser Galav
"But, my lord!" Benjamin Lane said
"Stop it, Mark. Don't overstep your boundaries" said Cattle Lane
"He is right Mark. Orders of Kaiser are the things that we have to follow for the future of our nation."
Added General Mark Lane.
"I am sorry for overstepping my boundaries your Highness," Said Benjamin Lane
IN THE ALCHEMY AREA
"What happened to the thing I commanded you to research? " Kaiser said.
"My lord we have found a way to increase our soldier's strength but" Alchemist said
"What's the problem? " Kaiser asked
"There is a huge side effect," said the alchemist.
"If our soldiers eat this medicine they go berserk and attack anyone in their sight not seeing who is ahead. After a while they become weak and then die after turning pale." said the alchemist.
"Let me see what happens myself."

"Bring a Koborai prisoner here right now," said Kaiser.
After a while prisoner was brought.
He was imprisoned for murdering his friend for money.
This koborai prisoner is red.
