Bab 124: Chapter 122

Inside the averagely lit room, Chess stood by the counter as he patiently waited for the drinks he had to distribute. He was leaning on the edge of the counter, his legs crossed while his chin rested on the palm of his hand that is resting top.

He was just quietly looking around when Jill came back, looking grumpier than usual.

"What happened?" Chess asked out of curiosity.

Jill then dropped the tray on the counter with a loud noise and turned his back around to lean on the counter.

This way, both him and Chess were facing different directions.

With his brows meeting at the middle, Jill answered Chess' question while keeping his eyes busy on the surrounding. They've been here for already two hours but that woman still hasn't appeared.

'Her name was Nathalia, if I remember correctly.' Jill thought.
