Bab 46: Chapter 46 : Nationals
<1 Month Later>
Just like that a month flew by. Before it did though, Mori had learnt his grandpa, Jin Tae-Jin, had gone missing, unbeknownst to him that NOX had taken him after a catastrophic fight....
While he was thinking about his grandpa missing, every province had finally gotten their finals finished in preparation for the Nationals....
The different provinces in tournament all had their 3 participants for the National competition. Everyone was training hard, and Mori was surprisingly training with his grandpa, Jin Tae-Jin's, arch enemy Na Bongchim in preparation for the Nationals....
Mira and Daewi were also training like crazy, as they wanted to get stronger...

The day of the Nationals, Mori , Mira and Daewi were walking whilst talking about their training, before they thought about Katsuo, who's been missing for, what seems like a very long time.....
Mira : "I wonder where he is...", she said, before adjusting her glasses.
The other two knew who she was talking about....but before they could talk, they were already in-front of the arena for the tournament...

Because of Katsuo injuring Drake McDonald to the point of death, Judge T didn't die and was still the announcer for the competition....
He looked around the hall of the arena before announcing :
Judge T : "Hello Participants! I Will be the host for the Nationals tournament! The Nationals will be a League Match! There'll be Ten Matches and only the top five teams will advance to the finals! And as you know the nationals will be 3 : 3 Tag Team matches!", After proclaiming all of that to the audience....
He announced who will be fighting in the first round....
Judge T : "And finally....for the first round, we have Chungcheongbuk's province team VS Capital Area Team (Mori's Team).

After deciding to go first...Mori went into his stance whilst he waited for the bell to ring...
He wanted to end the fight immediately and find his grandpa, Jin Tae-Jin. Whilst he was waiting, he wondered why his acupuncture techniques to damage pressure points wasn't working...<Nabong Needle Ryu>
He pressed his nerve and moved around, testing to see if it worked....but the fight began without any alert.
Mori : "Sorry guys~, but I need to find my grandpa quickly so I you may not fight for a while...", he stated to Daewi and Mira before readying up...
Judge T : "BEGIN!!", Judge T shouted, signalling all of the audience and participants to pay attention to the first round...
<Jin Mori Vs Gidong Nah>
BANG!!!!!
Immediately jumping up in the air, Mori bashed his leg across his Gidong's face.....but it had no effect, 'So it does work~', he thought, realising his acupuncture techniques worked, <Nabong Needle Ryu>
'Why doesn't it....', Gidong thought.....but he halted all of his thinking, as he looked at Mori not focusing....
VOOOSHH!!!
Not wasting time, he threw a barrage of punches across Mori's face.....
BANG!!! BANG!!!! BANG!!!!
Mori couldn't show any retaliation because Gidong wouldn't let him, "Wait....", he stated, but before he could do anything, he was still being beaten on the ground....
BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!
And just like....in a comedic fashion, Mori was beaten black and blue in an attempt to stop Gidong...as none of his attacks worked because he messed with his pressure points beforehand....
Judge T : "What an overwhelming victory and a terrible loss for Capital Area's team!", he proclaimed to the fans, before starting the next match....
Judge T : "And so for the next match we have...! Daewi Han VS Gidong Nah!!"....
Daewi : "Mori said he had no time...", he said a-loud, going serious immediately....
DING!!!!
As soon as the bell rang....Daewi appeared on Gidong's left, delivering a monstrous punch into his stomach.....
BANG!!!!!!! VOOOSHH!!!

The punch thrusted Gidong all the way back, causing him to spit blood from the pressure he received...
PTUI!!!
Getting into his stance...Gidong looked ahead of him to see when Daewi would appear but before he could...
BOOOOOMM!!!!
He was smashed into the ground through a rapid punch Daewi delivered after he broke the distance between the two in less than a second.....

At this point, Gidong was seriously injured and didn't think he could continue...he looked at Daewi's face and was annoyed when he saw Daewi wasn't even paying attention to him, but his team captain, Pumgwang Jin....
'Does he think nothing of me..?', Gidong thought, before giving up....
DING!!
Judge T : "What a win by Capital Area!", He exclaimed before announcing the next fight..." And now we have PUMGWANG JIN, THE TEAM CAPTAIN FROM THE OTHER TEAM VS DAEWI HAN!!!", He shouted with a smile....
<20 Minutes Before>
An expressionless man with White Hair, and One eye, wearing a Black Jacket, a White T-Shirt, Black Pants and Red Shoes was walking with two others heading to the national tournament....
Because he never turned up for his match, and he never qualified for a province, Katsuo had to improvise....
He went to another province with two clones and defeated everyone to go to the Nationals...
The Judges of that province were surprised but still let the 'three' lead their province to the Nationals...
To not make it obvious, the clones also had to wear all black, and cover their faces with masks...

When 'they' arrived at the arena and they signed up, Katsuo and his clones went to watch Mori's fight....
'He's still the same huh~', Katsuo stated, when he witnessed Mori being beaten in a comedic fashion...
After being 'beaten', it was finally Daewi's turn, he stood up to the ring and got into his stance....
Judge T : "BEGIN!!!", He shouted....
BANG!!! BANG!!!!
Katsuo's expressionless face showed a tiny grin when he watched Daewi pummel his opponent, 'They've all gotten stronger~', he thought, before he turned his head to the participants watching the fight...
'Park Ilpyo, Jegal Taek and Jeon Jugok~', Katsuo said in his mind, as he watched the three with the corner of his eye....
'This should be interesting~', he thought, before looking at Mori who was being healed by the Nurses...

Daewi threw everything at Pumgwang and finally he dropped him to the ground, surprising everyone....

All The Participants : 'He's their real team leader....', The Participants thought, noticing his strength was a threat to them. None of them thought Mori who was beaten so easily was the strongest out of the three.....
Judge T : "WHAT A WIN!!!", He shouted down the Mic with enthusiasm...
<4 Minutes Later>
Mira won against Jangmi Jang after enlightening herself whilst in battle.
CRACK!!!
She vanished, sacrificing her sword, before delivering a palm strike sending air pressure through Jangmi's head, knocking her out, therefore taking the win...
Thinking back to when he easily beat her in the province battles, Daewi thought, 'I guess It wouldn't work anymore', noticing she had gotten stronger....

After that fight, it was time for the next battle.....
Instead of Jegal Taek's team Vs Jeon Jugok's team.... It was Katsuo's turn....
He got up from the floor, and walked down towards the ring...

His opponents were the Chungnam Team featuring : Gungdo Nam, Seokwoo Cha, and Gi Gwim...
TAP! TAP! TAP!
Katsuo and his clones walked up to the stage relaxedly. The aura the 'three' spread was complete calmness, in comparison to Gi Gwim's somewhat rebellious and chaotic personality, as he walked up to the stage with swagger, his spiked hair that was set in a thin Mohawk with the sides shaved coupled with his multiple piercings and sunglasses made him seem intimidating.
Whilst his team-mate and team leader, Nam Gungdo, looked like a big beast despite his sincere and nice personality..
Judge T : "AND HERE WE HAVE THE SECOND ROUND! BETWEEN THE CHUNGNAM TEAM, AND THE GANGWON TEAM! (Katsuo's team)".
Every participant looked at the fight, intrigued on how the <Gangwon Team>, could look so calm...
They watched as the team leader of Chungnam, Nam Gungdo, and the team leader for Gangwon, Jin Katsuo, chose to fight first....

The two got ready before Judge T announced it was time to fight, "FIGHT!!", He shouted, allowing the two to begin...
CRACK!
Cracking his neck before he began....Katsuo looked at Gungdo before revealing a tiny smile on his expressionless face....
VOOOOSH!!BANG!!! BANG!!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!!
Before any could blink.....Katsuo had appeared right next to Gungdo, breaking the distance between them at shocking speed....
<Tai Chi : Rabbit's step>
Before Katsuo unleased dozens of punches at Gungdo, pushing him to his absolute limit, shocking the audience in the process..
CRACK!!! CRACK!!!
<Ssam-Su Taekkyeon : Torrential Strike>
The punches broke his ribs and made him lose consciousness before anyone could think, but Katsuo didn't finish and bashed his knee into his face.....slamming him into the audience's stands...
<Ssam-Su Taekkyeon : Knee Kick>
BANG!!!!! BOOOOOOOM!!!
Audience : "........", everyone was quiet, whilst the participants showed dangerous glares at Katsuo.....
The ones who were most surprised was Park Ilpyo and Taek Jegal, 'Those techniques....', he thought, thinking seriously, whilst Taek Jegal developed a sinister smile looking at Katsuo...

Putting his hood over his head, Katsuo looked at the other two, signalling them to step into the arena with a dangerous gleam in his eye...
Mira and Daewi : 'Wait....isn't that....', they both thought, before looking at Mori who was currently sleeping...
In his sleep, he was dreaming about fighting a man with white hair with a red loop of binding on his head, the man looked expressionless, seemingly missing something...."Katsuo~", he said whilst sleeping, alerting both Mira and Daewi that, that was probably him...
