Bab 108: Chapter 108: Rapid Elimination

Once more as two figures showed up on the center of the arena, the crowd went wild upon seeing what happened as one sided massacre
First of all they were really annoyed by the Shrooms that were planted, but the most dangerous thing of it was it's Poison that are really strong
As they got annoyed by the first one, the whole audience and the participants itself didn't expect that they will be attacked by another enemy
Soon after when the students that were dropped out woke up, they immediately scrambled away as they bumped at the medical staff, such reaction was unheard off before as the representatives was traumatized by how Rek'sai eliminated them
Upon seeing the participants reaction towards Shun's summoned monster of the depth, the audience begun to have mixed feelings when they discussed it among them
"That monster... Just imagine you being hunted by it"
"Well how they got eliminated is somewhat... Cool right?"
"I somehow pity them, they really were outmatched... Now only 1 of them survived"
As the audience begun to show how they sympathize towards the participants, the principal of Elludkal Academy was completely speechless at this moment
"Looks like your academy is in a tight situation right now isn't it?" Asked the principal of Ballad Academy
Are your students going to be okay?" Asked King Hendrick
At that the principal of Elludkal Academy turned towards them as his mouth was agape wide open

As that was happening on the side of the principal's, Shun's friends however were even more perplexed about Shun's way of cleaning things up

"With Shun's champions, isn't it guaranteed that he will most likely will win?!?!?!" Exclaimed Wendy

Luckily as Aria was speechless about this Cedric instead rebuked what Wendy claimed as a fact

"Look Shun's summoned creatures might be strong in its own field but you shouldn't underestimate people from other academy, especially the ace of Ascalon Academy" said Cedric
"Ascalon Academy? You mean Lorius Ejinto? Why what's with him?" Asked Rachel seemingly joining the chat
"Lorius Ejinto is a very dangerous guy, I can sense his strength and it was overwhelming, if I have to say his strength seemed like has no ceiling" affirmed Cedric
"Isn't that overreacting already? It's like your telling me that among them Lorius Ejinto will most likely win" said Rachel
"Indeed I did say such a thing because it's a possibility, but what the future may held has numerous outcome, we will never know who will win in the end" said Cedric
At that conversation Sephiria became even more worried as she clasped her hands together in a praying position and started wishing Shun a safe and good luck wish

After eliminating the opposite group inside the forest area, Shun's team finally had gained the Monopoly of this area
In this battle he had managed to eliminate three of Elludkal Academy representatives, thus leaving only one of them alive
By this time Shun's teammates had arrived in a haggard figure as she checked the scene of some really hardcore battle
"A battle? Which academy did you fought?" Asked Rosalyn
"Elludkal Academy, I eliminated three of them" answered Shun as he stored his weapons
Hearing that all three of them were really surprised
"Three of them? You almost team wiped them" exclaimed Sonia
"Gahahaha! Must have been quite hard on you" said Goran
At this moment Yuumi interjected in and appeared infront of them for the first time
"Nope! As long as I'm here, he will survive! You can count on me" said Yuumi confidently
Upon seeing Yuumi floating above Shun's shoulder all three of them were even more surprised when they saw it
"Your using your champions?" Asked Rosalyn
"Yup! No use hiding it now, they will eventually find it out anyway" pointed out Shun
Hearing that Rosalyn also nodded in agreement
"Your right! Our opponent isn't that stupid, once they know that you are using summoning magic, they will become wary of you and be the one that they should look out for"
After that they suddenly saw shun quote stumbling to the side, which was noticed by Sonia as she came in and assisted him
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine... Just sleepy" said Shun as his eyelids begun to fall
Seeing him going down cause of exhaustion, Goran immediately patted his back as he said
"Don't worry! You still have four hours of sleep! I'll keep watch this time"
With that Shun finally went to sleep
With Shun knocked out cold, the group finally returned to the cave as Goran stood watch when or the three went to sleep

The next morning when the sunshine arrived, Shun looked out side and somehow saw fruits lying around the floor which was gathered by Goran during his free time
At this moment a notification popped up infront of each leader of the group that showed the progress of the tournament, but it only showed the survivors of the Academy's, thus the secrecy was kept

If one to describe the first day was quite something as only few of them got eliminated, after all the real challenge was the second day after the representatives got their foothold stable in their area
There was bound to be a battle at somewhere as students tries to battle for safety territory
And just like expected not a moment later various explosions coming from the mountainous area was being sounded off
Of course not only there but also in the tundra area as the academy representatives begin fighting each other off
But such a thing wasn't worrying to them as Shun had secured the whole forest area as their territory
Soon after eating, Shun became by the Riverside if the forest and saw a huge school of salmon swimming upstream
Seeing this Shun was tempted to atleast catch one, especially since they only ate fruits as breakfast
Pulling out a Youmuu's on the fishes, Shun then hacked his sword on the water full of salmon
But the moment he did so, his exp bar suddenly rose significantly that it stunned him
"I get a massive amount of exp just by farming all this fishes?" Exclaimed Shun
As if seeing pile of golden treasures infront of him, Shun then begun to hacked even more as his exp slowly rose to a level

With that two light shone bright info by of Shun and Yuumi who was on that former's shoulder as they saw two new champions that is only as tall as a newly tee age kid but way older than anyone he knew
The first one who moved was Zoe as she jumped up and down and circled Shun while having her hair flow like a water encircling him
Next up Neeko also came up as saw Shun
"Are you human? Hmm... You are quite different from others" pondered Neeko
After looking at shun closely Neeko then tried to imitate Shun stance as she tried standing up straight
After that she realized something as she said
"My bad! My bad! Hi I'm Neeko, do you want to play with me mister human?" She asked
At that moment Zoe finished assessing Shun as she came in between the curious Neeko and Shun as she introduced herself while jumping up and down
"Hiiii!!! I wanna be you best friend, best friend me and you, wanna be my best friend?!?!" Singed Zoe bin a hyper tone
Hearing that Shun's face became complicated as he felt like he was taking care of some kids who knew less of the world
But despite the silent treatment from Shun, Neeko got even more curious while Zoe once again jumped up but this time facing right infront of Shun
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Wanna play with me? It will be fun! I assure you! Be my best friend and we'll play, right? Right! Let's play! Play! Me, you and that green girl!!! What do you say? Wanna be my best friend?" Insisted Zoe
Seeing that this wasn't ending at all, Shun had no choice but to accept that fact that Zoe wouldn't listen to him
At this moment Yuumi complained
"This cheeky kid! She's so annoying! How come she forgot all about me? Am I invisible?" Complained Yuumi
Hearing that shun gave Yuumi a skeptical look
"That's what you worried about?"
"Hey I got my pride okay!!!"
"But let me remind you, they are older than you, for Zoe of course but for Neeko... I haven't read much of her lore and information so I'm not sure" said Shun

At that retort Yuumi was completely speechless, which was ignored by Shun and proceeded to answer Zoe and Neeko questions
"I will be you master and yet! I'll be your best friend... What do you say?" Asked Shun
At that moment both Neeko and Zoe showed their appreciation
"Yay! Neeko is happy! Neeko is excited" exclaimed Neeko
Everytime Shun heard Neeko's name, he always somehow remembered something

As for Zoe she became really excited as if she was on a adrenaline rush
"Yay! I have a best friend! This will be fun! Yippee! Yay! Hahahaha! Let's play! Let's play! This will be fun! I have a best friend! Me, you, and her!" Exclaimed Zoe which in turn made Yuumi's Express darker upon hearing once more that she was excluded
"This rainbow haired kid... I will make her pay!" Gritted Yuumi in full of anger from being excluded
But since Shun couldn't afford to entertain them for long, he then made an excuse which was understandable as both Zoe and Neeko agreed to reschedule their play
With them gone and returned to the book, for some reason Shun felt the pain of silence
"Looks like when your surrounded by noisy people, returning to a quite place felt awkward"
As he pondered this he then started to pack up as the ground occasionally shook from those explosions from afar as he completely ignored such a thing and kept recieving reports analysis from other champions that are scattered throughout the forest, as for Teemo if Shun could see the minimap on his system interface, he would be able to see that Teemo almost filled half of the fo wat to the brim with his Shrooms
As he returned however he was greeted by the shocked state of Goran, Sonia and Rosalyn as they received a report
