Bab 138: A stubborn system

I can't even tell what the ruckus about Kim was all about. I still stand by my words that Kim is a changed man. There is no way a boy as cute as the one I saw in the room could be a killer. There must be some misunderstanding, and I will eventually get to the root of the matter.

After visiting Kim in the room he was placed in, I returned to the room, only to get summoned by the Queen. I was only able to lie on the bed for just a minute or so before I got a knock on the door.

And right now, I'm heading towards the garden to meet the queen, whom I have only met twice since I saved her those days ago.

I have gotten rather familiar with the halls so that I don't get lost any more. Humming to myself, I strode down the hall, past the statue-like guards, who didn't so much as bat an eye when they saw me.
