However, the arrow guidance on the map fragment remained, meaning once the guidance function was enabled, it couldn't be turned off.

After confirming this, Mu You teleported his character to the Vampire's Burial, leaving one fragment in a secret chamber at the top of the tomb.

This place, apart from what he personally carried with him, was the safest spot to store the fragments. For anyone else to enter, they would first have to drink from the Cursed Spring and then break through the high-level monsters blocking the tomb. Given the current players' strength, it was almost impossible.

He always carried the other fragment with him. Under normal circumstances, the two fragments would mutually point to each other. If one of them changed direction, it would mean someone might be near one of the two locations and he would need to stay vigilant.
