Bab 83: Chapter 80- A Scheming Plot To Commit A Massacre

Within an open area in Bao’s courtyard, Long Wei and Longmin along with Bao were seated at a table.

Suddenly a servant came up to the table with a tray and place down three cups of tea and a small pot for them. After that, he bowed and left the area.

Picking up the tea in front of him and after blowing on it for a moment, Bao took a casual sip, before speaking up and said, “So you're saying that a Rank 5 demonic beast was acting like a bodyguard for a girl, who was supposedly a demonic beast as well?”

After Bao summarize what he had been told by Long Wei, he stared at him wanting confirmation.

Long Wei nodded at him and said, “Yeah that’s the gist of it.”

Thinking for a moment, Bao’s expression turn serious, which was immediately noticed by Long Wei.

Bao then turn to Long Wei, and with a serious expression he asked, “Have your Wu Clan gotten information regarding the Fire Phoenix and Ice Phoenix sudden battle?”
