Jina turned as if now remembering the other cub in the room finding him Jina took the youngest cub, a male who was twenty-five seasons only, yet to produce a mane, he was sleek still not yet possessing that powerful built like his fathers but the potential was there, for now around her twelve-foot size he presently stood which was equal in height to her as the Queen mother.

Within another ten of this realm's cycles and he would be his full growth and frozen into immortality.

The other males already had mates except him, allowing him to blend in with the human prey and come in contact with the priestess would benefit him and in extent her.

Perhaps he will become one of her bedwarmers or even better a mate.

Either to her was OK, males in the pride were not as worthy as females, anyway. Used only to present their seed, raise and protect the cubs.

Decision made, she spoke up to the eldest cub.
