Adall shuddered slightly upon hearing these words. His head was still covered by Kodren's palm, so this little tremor did not escape Kodren's vigilance.

They both had a moment of silence after that.

If Adall could see the primordial's face, he would have noticed great sadness, as if Kodren was reliving a particular moment in his life when he lost loved ones dear to his heart.

"I won't ask you to forget your vengeance. That would be very hypocritical of me after everything I've done in the past... However, I would like you to promise me to show your anger only to those truly responsible for your suffering... Don't embark on a blind vengeance leading you to commit genocide just to get rid of a handful of people...
