However, Dennise didn't disregard her unusual action, she was too excited about what she was about to see. She didn't actually order food or eat too much. The only reason she was in there was to hear the good news she was about to hear from her. 

"I'll be fine, as long as we can just talk," Dennise replied.

"Okay, then I will make it straight.  Sorry to disappoint you, this is still an offer but maybe not the kind of offer you are thinking." 

Dennise couldn't say a word again. Part of her was worried by the way she talked. 

'Hope I won't get disappointed,' she thought. 

"You can be part of the Miss University again, in one condition. Get back to the sorority and continue your quest to sisterhood." Straight and forward, the lady told her. The shocked Dennise, how important she could be when she really has to meet her there, just to beg her to continue her quest to sisterhood? Giving her more confusion.
